Hey.
It’s Adrian.
Saw a wild marketing attempt recently that I want to share with you.
I was gorging myself outside my local Chipotle, when a van pulled up right out front. COVERED in dog graphics.
My initial thought was: adorable. My second thought was: this is a solid way to plug this dude’s dog grooming business.
Except I look a little closer, and see it’s not a dog business whatsoever.
It’s a plumbing company.
Talk about massive confusion. There was ZERO indication that this business had anything to do with plumbing at first glance. 90% of the van was plastered in Labrador, with the word “plumbing” shoved into a tiiinnnyyy corner.
There is NO chance anyone passing by would see what his business is actually about, not without taking a real close look.
See the parallels here. If no one knows what your business is actually about, how are they going to decide if they need you or not?
This got me thinking about Meta Ads. It is CRUCIAL to make sure your potential customers know exactly what you are offering when they see you. Very little room for fluff (even if it’s cute).
Our team at Upshift will make sure those potential customers see your offerings, like what they see, and convert. Guaranteed.
